February / March

Posted by Filmore Skincare on

It's been a frantic but incredibly exciting month here at Filmore.  Firstly we were delighted to be featured in 'March's Coolest Stuff' on MenswearStyle.com, one of the UK's best menswear and lifestyle sites. Not only was it great to be featured, but to be included in a list that also included some of our own favourite brands: Mr Porter, Common Projects, Paulin Watches, Topo Designs, Golden Bear and Gipsy Hill Brewery was an added bonus.

We were then able to announce our first UK retailer, the superb Instrmnt store here in Glasgow. Instrmnt themselves make incredibly high-quality minimalist watches, but they also run a concept store with a number of other fantastic brands available as well. Check out www.instrmnt.co.uk for more info. We are delighted to have our products stocked in such a premium, design-led store. Next time you are in Glasgow be sure to head along. (These high-quality photos of the Instrmnt store are by talented duo Zac and Zac).

The coming month looks like it is going to be just as interesting, I'm sure we'll have plenty to share in our next post. For now though remember to move your clocks forward when you go to bed on the 26th and let's move on into Spring / Summer! Keep looking after your skin by eating clean, drinking plenty of water and of course cleansing (F-1) and moisturising (F-2).

 Filmore Skincare Jacket Required London

On the 3rd and 4th of February we were in London for the clothing menswear show Jacket Required. It was great to meet up with friends and see some of the fantastic new products coming from a collection of the best clothing and accessory brands in the menswear industry. JR is a fantastic show set in the iconic Old Truman Brewery on Brick lane in London, which fits the style and exhibitor list perfectly. Whilst in London we squeezed in a number of meetings, so we should have some exciting news to come soon. Keep an eye here on the blog for more info.
